The Labor Salon studies and analyses Labor History and the current state of the working people. It views the state of labor in the broad context of its history. It offers a forum for labor historians, activists, unions, groups, organizations and media people for discussing the labor issues with a reference to history. It explores ways to make the world a good place for the working people and their supporters and sympathizers. The renowned IWW members ‘built their battleships’ when they were imprisoned during the Free Speech Fights. This page offers space for dialogues and debates on the Labor History in the Wobbly tradition of freedom of speech. It also analyses the current state of the working people. Among others, we shall arrange important discussions with leading historians and analysts of the labor movement for this purpose.
